Engineering
Our staff draws on a diversity of knowledge and experience. Our engineers
have the ability to provide you the right solution for your needs. It
is the ability to draw on the experience in technical industries such
as aerospace, automotive racing, automotive after market, micro lithography
and medical device industry to provide you solutions outside the box.
Our engineering staff has solved problems in days when other firms have
spent years. Since all of our engineers are required to work on the CNC
machining equipment when they start you get products designed with manufacturability
in mind. When we are done designing a project there is no question whether
it can be built.
Prototype
Machining
When you are looking to take your design from a drawing to being able
to touch it you can turn to us. Whether you need a single example or ten
pieces for testing we can service your needs. Our staff is able to provide
you with the feed back on the viability of building your product at your
proposed production levels and the ability to handle engineering changes.
We can recommend changes that will make your product easier to produce
and improve functionality.
Pilot
Production
Following the research phase (engineering and prototyping), pilot production
allows for refinement of the processing steps to achieve optimal product
characteristics with the highest throughput at the lowest cost. During
this time, we apply streamlined production procedures, develop high volume
fixtures, and test tool capacity to increase the volume of parts that
are processed in each run. We also monitor and look for ways to improve
the quality of the product and optimize the properties that are most important
to you. Pilot production can be anywhere from 10 pieces upwards of 10,000
pieces to enable you to bridge the gap from prototype to full time manufacturing.
Production
and Assembly
When your product is ready for production we are capable of handling your
needs from production, to verification of your tolerances (from .001 to
1 micron), to assembly of components, to building of the tooling to allow
for increased capacity. There is no production run which is too small
or to large.
Tool
& Die
Internal plastic injection mold design and manufacturing capabilities
enhance our customer services to our clients.
